Learning Objectives - Upon completion, participants should be able to:

Identify best practices in literature or in practice at PHS and how to implement at their respective institutions.

Identify patient experience enhancing skills related to their job responsibilities and plan to integrate into existing workflows.

Discuss the key elements of patient experience across the continuum of care and how all job types and titles contribute to experience. Discuss current topics and issues in health care related to the patient experience.
