Intended audience: CHW Supervisors and CWH Team Leads

Description: Successful Supervision with Community Health Workers aims to build the capacity of Supervisors to provide more responsive and informed supervision for the CHWs on their team. Workshop participants will learn about available resources and apply practical tools designed to improve supervisory practices. These workshops focus on key areas identified and prioritized by CHW Supervisors and informed by insights from subject matter experts in community health, education, and related fields. In order to be responsive to emerging needs, CHI is incorporating content relevant to the CHW role as it relates to the current public health, social and economic context.

  • Cultural and Structural Factors
  • Responding Effectively to Supervisory Challenges
